Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. The 30-day return period begins from the date you receive your order.
Important: Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Hoodies, shirts, dickies, shorts, and sweatpants must show no signs of wear
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
How to Return Items
Returning your Cough Syrup items is simple:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location
- You'll receive tracking information to monitor your return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchange Policy
We currently process exchanges as returns followed by new purchases. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to wait for the damaged item to be returned first

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
