Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been processed yet. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All packages are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. However, P.O. Box delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Can I request signature confirmation?
Signature confirmation is available for an additional $3.99. This option is automatically included for orders over $150 for security purposes.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Packages will be left at your door unless signature confirmation is required. You can also request package pickup at a local carrier facility during checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available in select metropolitan areas (NYC, LA, Chicago, Miami) for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability in your area.
